Artroom 2.0 (with Itomic)

Artroom 2.0 is a "virtual art room" where students from grade 5 right through to VCE can log their creative journey while creating artworks.
I decided to build this site using Drupal 7, as the majority of functionality that the site required from contributed modules was either ready, or very close.
Challenges I faced during this project:
- Keeping track of student's "Creative Journeys", which involved a building a dynamic tree of changes between multiple draft artworks, various other collaborating students, and other miscellaneous outside influences.
- Dealing with an incomplete version of Organic Groups to organise the users into "classes", assign "teachers" to a class, and manage access control for student artworks.
This project was designed and built by Itomic; with Nigel Heap as the graphic designer, and myself as the lead developer.
